I enjoyed working on

I believe in people. I believe that people can match business needs while being the best version of themselves. I believe businesses can grow a lot together with people. I believe that a healthy organisational culture has a strong foundation that it is built by its leaders because leaders define culture.

I believe that tomorrow is about redefining people processes and adapting to context and trends, but more than anything adapting to people and their potential. And I do believe in the miracle that one day HR people will understand all these and will find the perfect balance of mixing all these ingredients.

I’ve been lucky enough in my life to meet all sorts of extraordinary people when I was a student. Some of them inspired me, some of them taught me, some of them guided me and the multiplicity of them made me who I am today.

This is why I want to give back my experience and my mastery to the students who are facing questions on what they want to become. Discovering students’ potential and working with them is one of the most enjoyable things for me. Personal leadership is something I believe in and I know that it all starts with self. Using their voices, speak up and helping them built their own story I feel is part of my mission in this life.

Co-founder of MobOS

The story of MobOS began in 2012 – back then 2 ladies had a lot of free time and wanted to do something for a community where not much has been done. During a hot summer day, while enjoying a lemonade, the idea of a mobile community and a conference as a meeting point was born.

The Mobile Operating Systems Community Romania is intended to build a community around the field of mobile software development. The community will be mainly built through virtual communications, but also with key points of interaction in the form of dedicated events. Link: http://romobos.com/
